Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy

All products that are unused and in new/original condition may be returned within 5 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund in the amount of the product cost.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

We will exchange any product that is new and unused for up to 5 days from the date it was received. To request an exchange, please contact and see return process below for additional instructions.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, Shipping Charges

Clearance items: (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Any item that is damaged, defective or incorrect will be replaced at no charge if notification and photo are provided via email to within 5 days of receiving the item. If you are required to return the item, Oregirl will provide a shipping label.  Defective items can be refunded or exchanged.  Replacement items will be shipped at no cost.

Return Process: 
All returns require a return authorization code (RAC) and customer is responsible for return shipping and tracking.

  1. Obtain a return authorization code (RAC) by emailing customer service at Please include your order number and an explanation of why the product needs to be returned..
  2. Package your return and include your original receipt with the RAC on the receipt as well as the outside of the box

Shipping Fees:
Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, incorrect or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return qualities for a refund, any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: (if applicable) 
Any item requesting a return authorization more than 5 days after initial delivery will not be eligible for a refund. Items returned with return authorizations must be delivered to the Oregirl Store within 5 business days of return authorization issue date to be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If approved, your refund will be processed in 3-5 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Gift card purchases/refunds: 
If the item was purchased with a gift card, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
